Who we are

AI Data Firm is a service of GIGAOffer. GIGAOffer’s legal name is GIGAOffer LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 8325 NE 2nd Ave, Suite 108, Miami, FL 33138. Questions: email team@aidatafirm.com.

What we keep from our forms

What you type in: your name, email and phone, and your company’s name, industry, size, history, systems and records; if you tell us on the result screen, also how and when to reach you, and who told you about us.

Proof that you agreed: the time, the exact wording, your browser type, and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your internet address. We keep these to prove you agreed and to stop spam.

We also count how many visits reach each step of the form. Those counts hold nothing about who you are; at most, the name of the ad campaign or the website that sent the visit.

If a link or an ad brought you here, we keep with your answers the website that linked you, any ad or campaign code in the link (including the ad’s click ID), and the day you arrived, so we know which ads work. Your browser keeps the same note for 30 days, so a later visit still counts for that ad.

We don’t collect your company’s files or records, and our forms don’t accept uploads.

Why we use it

To see if your company fits what AI companies that license business records ask for, and to contact you about it. We introduce your company to an AI company only when you tell us to.

Who we share it with

We share your contact details and answers with an AI company only when you ask us to make that introduction. Any fee we charge your company is agreed with you in writing before anything starts, and the AI company may also pay us a referral fee, which we tell you about in writing. We don’t sell your information to anyone.

Our website and database run on Cloudflare, and Cloudflare Turnstile runs the spam check on our forms.

If you go ahead with an AI company

Your records go only to the AI companies you pick, under a contract you sign. That contract says what’s shared, how personal details are removed, and what the AI company may do with it. Have your own lawyer read it before you sign.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
